plan

Our 2025–2030 Strategic Plan provides the foundation for the organization’s sustainability, relevancy, and impact. It is the culmination of nearly two years of discussions among staff and board and surveys of members and stakeholders. We took the time to examine our values that we want to have at the center of all decisions regarding the Museum and the communities it serves. The first two goals focus on the heart of the mission - the relevance of exhibitions and the permanent collection through enhancing educational programs for the community. The next goal emphasizes a healthy infrastructure by strengthening financial sustainability, optimizing facilities, and building staff and board capacity. The final goal is about growing our audiences by improving communication and building relationships in our community. Achieving these goals will help us realize our vision of the Museum – to be a destination for curiosity, creativity, and human connection through art experiences.
